I started with the soup of the day, which was a delicious roasted red pepper soup. Robert got a crab cake, which he proclaimed as good.
The salads (included with the entree) were tasty, with a dressing that had a hint of sesame flavor.
As for main courses, I got black cod sablefish in a mirin teriyaki sauce, which was delicious, with ginger and stir fried vegetables, with a side dish of broccoli. The latter was fine, but not particularly exciting. Robert ordered mahi mahi with macadamias. But the waiter brought out the mahi mahi cape cod style. They did a good job on correcting this, bringing him an elaborately presented shrimp cocktail to eat while waiting. (The bowl of shrimp were set in a metal container of dry ice.) When the correct mahi mahi came, they also brought him a second serving of his side dish of rice pilaf. He said it was all good.
We were very full, but how could we possibly pass up sharing a dessert of strawberries in grand marnier sauce? It would have been enough for the two of us even without our having eaten so much already.
It was all very nice. If we went again, I think we'd skip the appetizers, though, as it was really too much food.
