New Graze Snacks

I haven't given up on Graze! Here are reviews of the new snacks I've gotten since I stopped writing about everything in every single box.

Mexican Style Smoked Cheese: This is a mixture of black beans, gouda puffs, hickory smoked almonds, and chili corn. It has 150 calories. I really liked this – a good mix of fairly strong flavors, but not overwhelmed by any given ingredient. The chili corn is particularly good.

Thai Style Sweet Chili: This is a mixture of honey chili peanuts, lemon & black pepper fava beans, garlic sesame sticks, and edamame beans. It has 150 calories. It doesn’t taste particularly Thai to me, as it is very lemony and not very spicy. But it is quite tasty. I wish there were more of both the sesame sticks and the peanuts. Especially the peanuts, which are an awesome blend of sweet and spicy.

Lemon Blueberry Superfood Flapjack: This is a soft oat granola bar, with lemon, blueberries, and baobab. It has 250 calories. The lemon flavor definitely dominates this, which is fine with me, as I love lemon. I thought this was an excellent snack and especially appreciated how filling it is.

Anytime Energizer: This is a mix of dried cherries, pear slices, and walnuts. It has 150 calories. This was pretty good. I’m not a big fan of cherries, but these were slightly tart and blended well with the rest of the ingredients. There are other fruit (and nut) snacks I like better, but this wasn’t bad.

Cinnamon Oat Squares with Superfoods: These are, essentially, oat granola bars with cinnamon and chia seeds. They have 200 calories. I love all of Graze’s flapjacks and, while they don’t call these that, they’re pretty much the same thing. Good – and filling.

Chinese Style Honey Sesame: This is a mixture of edamame beans, wild rice sticks, sesame & chia coated peanuts, and black pepper almonds. It has 150 calories. This is an interesting mix of sweet and savory. I didn’t taste much black pepper with the almonds, however. The peanuts were quite good and I always like the wild rice sticks in snacks that contain them.

Berry Oat Squares: These are soft oat granola bars with berry-infused cranberries and superfood flax. They have 200 calories. They’re good, though they seemed a bit drier than most similar snacks.

Grilled Cheese Crunch: This consists of poppyseed and onion sesame sticks, almonds, sour cream and onion half-popped corn kernels, and gouda puffs. It has 150 calories. There had been a snack called Graze’s Grilled Cheese, but this seems to be significantly reformulated from that one, so I am counting it as new. This is very tasty, with lots of crunch. Overall, it’s an excellent savory snack.
